More Than a Clinic: Free Classes and Support in River Falls

When you first hear the name “Options for Women – River Falls,” you might picture a medical clinic or a place you only go to when you’re in a crisis. But we’re more than that. Yes, we’re a free and confidential sexual health clinic—but we’re also a place where you can learn, grow, and feel supported through free classes and ongoing programs.

If you’re pregnant or parenting a little one, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. Our Earn While You Learn program lets you meet one‑on‑one with a Client Advocate to learn about topics like pregnancy, baby care, parenting, life skills, and relationships. As you go through the lessons you choose, you can earn baby supplies like diapers, wipes, clothes, and more. It’s practical help and encouragement at the same time.

We also offer classes that help you feel more confident and prepared. These include pregnancy and childbirth topics, breastfeeding education, and other sessions led by our caring nurses and staff. Instead of scrolling online and wondering what advice to trust, you can sit down with real people who want to see you thrive and will take time to answer your questions.

If you’re thinking about your health and fertility, you can learn more about your body and cycle through education like FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management). Understanding what your body is telling you can be empowering, not scary. You’re allowed to ask questions, take notes, and move at your own pace.

Maybe you’re not sure what you need yet—you just know life feels heavy and you don’t want to feel so alone. Our team is here for that too. Whether you’re facing a possible pregnancy, wondering about STD testing, trying to work through relationship questions, or just needing someone to talk to, you don’t have to have everything figured out before you walk through our doors.

All of our services and classes are offered in a calm, home‑like space. Many people are surprised by how peaceful it feels when they step inside. You’re greeted by kind faces, not a waiting room full of strangers. You can take a breath, slow down, and talk with someone who will listen without judgment.

If you saw us at the Pierce County Fair—or just heard our name around town—and wondered what we’re really like, this is your invitation to find out. We are more than a clinic. We’re a place where you can get answers, learn new skills, and feel supported in the middle of whatever you’re walking through.

You don’t have to do this alone. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. We’d be honored to walk alongside you.
